Aside from being mentioned in conjunction with Elmer Keith, there is not much on the internet regarding him. I own one of his rifles, a 1903 Springfield in 7mm Express with a Bill Hobaugh barrel. Any information on Henriksen is appreciated.
Should see a pic of a 25-06 shortly...

Google Iver Henriksen Campfire forums, lots of info about Iver from Ken Howell. The rifles he made for Elmer Keith sold for a bunch of money. I still have mine. I guess I better show a pic of it. Mine is marked 25 Niedner.
Thanks Hanco. I’ll Google the good Dr’s postings & glean his information.
I believe Kingston owns one.
I have a 270 he did . Its a Pre war model 70 carbine. Randall
Warne Premier or Talley Signatures. Any volunteers to post pics of my Henriksen for me?
Early Dave Gentry’s? Certainly not Len Brownell’s.
Michael Sherz. They were once mine.
Mr. Henriksen had a little dog when I lived in Missoula. If you made friends with the dog you made friends with him.

Thats a great story! Thanks for posting that for us.

Here is a Henriksen on guns international. They don’t come up for sale often
Iver, Built a High wall single shot that I hunted with for many years in Montana. His little basement shop was wall to wall tools and machines. We were talking about elk hunting one day an he told me something that I've carried with me for over forty years since." When you hunt elk if you look for tracks and there are none, look up in the trees and if the elk are not there THERE AIN"T NO ELK".
Neat guy, good gunsmith. I smile when I think of him.
Good Hunting
