Just found this...Dwight VanBrundt, formerly with Kimber of Oregon and America. I'm damn near speechless.

I'll take the serial no.1 and no. 2 Winchester model 70's.

Yes. And how 'bout all those Kimbers of Oregon?
Like you this collection is almost incredible. There was a time when men could make rifles. Back in our prime. When anyone could mail order this stuff.

The good old days....gone forever, I'm afraid.
Lots of very nice wood stocked guns, for sure.
A lot of hard sell chamberings.

Some...but that .500 Jeffrey is only $40k!
Some pretty incredible stuff, no doubt.
Most if not all of these have been for sale for some time, mostly on Guns International.
I spoke with Dwight concerning the Kimber Brownell edition 22LR. A nice gentleman to talk with, answered all my questions. Seemed very knowledgeable. I like the full Mannlicher stock but not for $5K. He's very firm on his pricing

Talking with him is very, very interesting. Super nice guy. He used to be very high up in Kimber of America and knew all the players with Kimber of Oregon and knows the Kimber of Oregon story inside and out. He knew Jack and Greg Warne very well. He knows Kimbers inside and out. I bought a Model 82 in .17 Hornet from him. I wish I could afford a Model 84 too!
Well, that's about best medicinal gun porn I've seen in a long while . . . almost an overdose smile

The lefty rifles have been on the Gunbroker for quite a while, too.
He's not negotiable on his prices at all. Shipping/insurance and an FFL transfer fee will add $100+ to the cost.

Apparently, he isn't exactly in a rush to sell. There was a nice Kimber 84 (I think it was) on Auction Arms a while back and it went for about a thousand. shocked
$7,500 for an A-Square? Maybe for a set of 3.
I bought one, a Kimber 82 in 22 KH. I over paid, but it has great wood and I’m a wood whore.

It's a disease. crazy I bought one of his Model 82's in .17K Hornet. Thankfully, he gave me 60 days lay-away! wink
