Im wanting to build a .264 caliber rifle. I was hoping for some input of some case suggestions that are inherently accurate and could get me to 3100-3200 fps.

6.5x55 or 6.5x55 AI on modern actions.

Couple that I built early last month:

Why the 6.5x55 or AI version? Excellent cases available - Win or Lapua that are reasonably priced. GREAT ballistics. I am a touch over 2950 with 140/142 gr bullets and still working loads (only 23 rounds down the tube, two more powders and finish on two previously tested powders).

31/3200 is easy to obtain with 120/129 gr bullets. The Sierra, Hornady, Nosler, or Berger 140/142's will easily take down any game (yes, LARGE game included).

While working up loads, the largest group thus far is 6" at 700 yards. Five shots and there is a 2.5 gr spread from 1st to last shot.

I like that caliber a lot and have thought of building another. Was thinking of 6.5 - 06 because I have a lot of 06 cases around. Then, got to thinking of 6.5 - 06AI... then 6.5 Hawk. Lately, mulling over 6.5 x .284. Bottom line, great speed, bullet selection and accuracy. Low recoil too.

I have a 6.5 X 55 Swede. Custom stock, new old-stock barrel cut to about 21", cock-on-close, Timney, bedded and floated. Shoots 140 grain Sierra GameKings into one hole from the bench at 100 yards if I do my part. Running a hot load of H4350 chronoing 2700+.

I'm sure with the added case capacity and barrel length, you'll get the speed you want and with the great aftermarket barrels, the accuracy too. As you're aware, bullet selection is darn-near overwhelming. You're taking on a really fun project in a great caliber. Good luck!
