Anyone know where to get straight wall cases with the .30-06 head size? I think there used to be a company call Bell, but don't remember.

Brass Extrusion Laboratories Limited (BELL) used to do stuff like this but I believe they are defunct.

You may wish to contact Bertram Cartridge Company out of Australia.
They specialize in obsolete and otherwise strange cases.

I'd try Huntinting Die Specialties. They have it if anyone does.
