I got a gun from a guy that had a B&C carbolite on it. The stock is cracked between the tigger guard and mag well. I called B&C and they said send it back to them for repair. Just wonder will they send me a new stock or somehow fix that one. This is my first dealing with B&C and just trying to find out how good their warrenty is.
I had a Bell and Carlson stock that had a bad recoil pad on it. Stock was 20 years old. I sent it to them and they replaced it for the cost of the pad. They did the install at no cost to me. They were very easy to deal with.
One more thing about B&C's good customer service.
The stock was jet black, and after the pad was installed, the lady who handled the pad install for me sent me an e-mail asking if I would like them to do a snow camo paint job on it. Shocked at the oppertunity, I said yes, and asked for some pix of camo patterns they do and what it would cost.
They quoted a $45 paint charge, and sent several different snow color schemes. I selected to one that's shown below. $45 isn't bad for a stock paint job, and it fits in well with northern Michigan snow..
So, I have nothing but good things to say about B&C, and the stock was back at my house a week and a half after sending it to them. Great service I'd say.

Overall, are those of you that own B&C stocks happy? I would like to order one off Stocky's. The price of around $200.00 is pretty tempting in what seems to be a better than avg stock.
I own two of the Medalists, and have owned another Ti,and have been happy with all of them. The Medalists are really decent stocks, but they are no lighter than a factory.
what model does GA Precision sell on the non-typical rifle?
Customer service rep 'Tara' is a jewell. I returned a stock that had a bad area after application of Maxxguard without checking first with her about the return. She had the stock fixed and credited my account for my shipping within two weeks.
