Here is one that in kind of a coyote tan or maybe a slightly darker shade of tan. It does have black splatter but you can't really see it in the pic, but its there.

SKane, that is a sweet rig!!! I love the look. Different but in a cool way.
Big Stick's desert flame is among the best I've seen on stainless:

Desert flame would be cool, but this will be an EDGE, so paint only.

I painted that one too.
Not a good pic but it's the only one I have at the minute. This is McMillan's tan.

I degreased it and used Krylon fusion, then covered the color coats with two coats of Krylon matte clear to give a bit more protection.
Its worked really well for me and has held up great.
I also removed the grip inserts and painted the stock and them seperately.
Thanks ThomasMagnum. I've used Krylon with the ClearCoat on other stuff and its worked pretty good on my TC Encore. I'll give the fusion a look-see on color options. I was thinking of tan with black web or green/black web and leave the grips inserts like you did.

You got it, but it will be the weekend before I can make it happen. I'll PM you.
Deg, I like the fusion line a lot for stock painting.
Talking to a Krylon rep I learned a couple of things.
1. Krylon fusion is meant to "bond" to plastics. Almost like self etching primer used in auto shops.
2. All Krylon spray paints are designed to "bond" to other Krylon spray paints.

The ruger boat paddle was done with the camo fusion line. It was the ultra matte tan, and ultra matte o.d. green on the inserts.

Great photo Rick
All I see is a deck that I need to replace right away! smile
Here is one in a Sako m75 Macmillan with black and white webbing. No stainless barrel in.

I tried to buy this form a guy off CGN a couple years ago and missed out by a fraction of a second. frown

I want this exact one for my next Sako m75 project rifle....just need to find a donor Sako stainless m75 rifle first.

I believe in the recent AO magazine is a pic with a tan stock on a stainless barrel-work done by Corlane's/Rocky Mountain Rifles for the AO username of "sheephunter"-professional writer...cant remember his real name off hand.
