Have been trying to find a Smith who will shorten the LOP on a Montana stock. Any recommendations?

I though most gunsmiths would shorten a stock.

On a Kimber Montana you might have to epoxy in a plate, and glue in or screw on a grind to fit. You would probably add some weight in the process...
The stocks are hollow and the pads are glued on. I could amateur the hell out of one. Good enough for me but I wouldn't do it for a customer
