must be deader than a door nail... i can't find anyone who builds them... when you peruse their website offerings, the 300 RSAUM ain't on the list...
Every once in a while you see a used one for sale here, either a 700 or a 7. I have one, a stainless bdl 700 and it works great! Another option is to find a mag bolt face action and get it rebarreled.
Several years ago I built one for my oldest Son. Brown Precision stock, Jewell, Shilen, and Birdsong Black T. A great deer rifle.
wow, that does sound like a nice recipe for a great rifle.
There are usually a few for sale on Gunbroker at any given moment. They don't seem to command much of a premium either. Can't tell from OP if you are trying to find one or just commenting on the non availability (deadness) of new offerings.
i have a walnut and blue M77 Mk II in 30 RSAUM... trying to figure out a best load... or a better platform if this one doesn;t work out
Dogger, what bullet weight are you looking at using? I only shoot 165/168 out of mine and it does really well.
I have a full custom in the build process at this time. I could sell it to FREE some $ up.

Brian those new Gunwerks actions are pretty sweet!! ive chambered two of them so far and really liked them.
I had a 700 TI in 300 rsaum about ten years ago IIRC. I liked the gun and regreted selling it. Just picked uo another TI in 300 RSAUM last week.
Its a good round, although its about 50fps slower than a 300 wsm. However a 180gr bullet at 3000 fps will do anything that needs to be done in the lower 48.
There's a 700 SS in a LSS mnt rifle stock sitting on Gunbroker right now. Decent price.
I'm trying to resist.
Bullets.com is closing out 300RASUM brass now as well as others.
