Anyone know where I can find a 2" X 2" x 24" piece of birds eye maple for a martini mannlicher stock?

Are you trying to match the butt piece? I have some but I can't be sure it would match your butt piece so it would look right when it is done. Could you send me a pic of the butt so I can tell if what I have is a close match?

Thanks Sheister. The butt stock is at my cousins/ gun maker. I will forward a pic as soon as he can send me one. Thanks for the help. At this point I;m not too concerned with the match as it is a 2 piece stock and will probably be OK even if it isn't a perfect match
Okay, let me know. No sense in cutting off a piece and sending it if it won't work with your stock...
