First bird at 61 - 05/06/15
I got my first bird this morning. He was gobbling rapid fire near my house. 10.5" beard and 1 1/16" spurs. Called him in with a old Lynch box call and a Quaker Boy push pin call.

Good job, post the pic before his carved up carcass is layin out behind the barn.
Nice calls too. Those push buttons are perfect for soft, infrequent small talk.
He wont be chattin anymore tho.

Very nice.
Still the greatest trophy in the woods to me.
Blues, purples, greens,and bronzes when the light hits em right like that.

Nice bird. We had some schiskobobbed (sp) turkey breast last Saturday at our house. Not mine, but Shortactionsmoker's. Good eating........
