The Tenderfoot's Turn
Very cool!

A little "research":

Nice!
Nifty little book about a nifty little gun!

But while I love my Savage 1917, if I had to face one of those sinister six-shooter guys, I'd certainly prefer my grandad's DA .44 Colt "New Service." Not all that hard to shoot well.
Enjoyed reading it. Thank you for posting.
Thanks, Rick. Neat!
Thanks,,
Thanks Rick.
Knew it was out there but never saw it before.
I love reading these old self promoting advertisements.

No mention of how well the pistol was on tigers however, which was a bit of a disappointment.

Funny how Bill the Kid is glorified as a "Genius". I guess Pat Garret was a smarter Genius"?

Anyways, I guess the Kid's only mistake was he didn't own a Savage automatic pistol.

Probably still be alive if he did. grin

Is "It Banishes Fear!" available?

Thanks Rick.

I've decided to put my old clunky, unsafe and under powered 1911 45ACP away and carry my 1917 32 ACP which is light, safe and powerful and it banishes fear. I was always fearful when I carried the 1911.
