I was watching this one two, actually made a best offer on it that was not accepted by the time someone bid on it which removes the best offer option. Since the seller is in England I was wondering if the completion may have been over there.

I was surprised at the price because another without any added stamping recently sold for less than half what that one brought - ebay/itm/324815814032 This variation seems to be the most common.
