Here's a heck of a Savage pistols picture. I think I'll be studying this picture for a couple of days just to make sure I notice everything in it.

And a lot of rare non-pistol items thrown in!

Click on it for a full sized picture, and ask whatever questions you have. Lots and lots of pistol and non-pistol stuff here.

Is that the same single shot with the 1905 bolt in it as in Baileys book?

That always been Fugs or was it picked up at the auction?

I can identify everything except the top two items in the glass topped wood box, center table. Can anyone help?

Really like that little yellow box in the pistol box lid, back edge of table, third from left.

The gold prototype Model 101 case on the lower left hand corner of the table is new to me.. I have no recollection of it at least. Not sure I remember the gold watch on the plaque either.. who is that made out to, Doug?

But hard to beat the condition of these two..

Thanks. I couldn't blow the photo up enough to identify.

That appears to be a very nice prize! I think I have seen photos of a Savage football and basketball team.

I've seen pistol boxes with the red label but I think your 10 pack of cartriges that was inside is the only one I have seen. Do you know of others? Do you know the time period/serial range that they were included in the box?
