Nice buck though. Whitetail. Must have come out of one of the river bottoms.

I don't think the thick base under the adjustment knobs on a 29S is as long as the 330 or 440, but maybe there's multiple styles.

Funny how some guys would call that Weaver mounted on a pre-war 99R "bubba" these days. I just think its cool.

I’d put it in my safe, right next to my 1928K with Noske side mount. I wouldn’t do it today, but I’d take one from back then.

Great picture and antlers. As for the hunter, don't reckon I'd be giving her too much sass.

You don't want to mess with some of those Wyoming girls. They were raised on ranches, grew up hunting and don't put up with any BS.
