The editor sent me proposed photos of the first 19 pages of the engraved book.
This is one of the pages for the John Dodge 1899H. He didn't say if this means it'll be out before Nov 28th.

I'm so excited for this book to come out.
Good to see progress!
That's gotta be one of the top 5 Savage rifles of all time.

How'd the other 18 pages look?

I think it is the top Savage of all time.
The bluing came out dark in those pics. It'll look much better in the book.
The first few pages are forward, acknowledgments, etc. other pages with pics look good.
here is one of the pages on the Horace Dodge rifle. The lighting is better than on the other one. I'm taking these off my computer screen so not the best pics.

Ivy vs. scrolls on the Dodge rifles.

the engraver is right handed

I'm assuming Enoch Tue did the engraving. It looks like his work and he was the in house engraver at that time. While we think some of the engraving was done by others at the factory I'm the head engraver would have done the work.
