Yea I was watching it. It sold for the Buy it now price of 1799.00. That is alot of $ for saddle gun that was hunted with.

I know the collector that bought it (lives in George Town) he told me it is solid 99% gun, pictures did not show how good it is.

Thanks Rory.

The .300 Sav is the hardest caliber to fine in these late 99-A's. I don't think the price was out of line.

Where does a 99A straight stock, 20" in 250 #C59329X rank in difficulty finding compared to the .300 and other calibers? I know away up here I can't remember seeing one till this last week. I picked one up with a K4 mounted and it also came with a 23D #20773X with a 330 mounted scope..The 99 would be about 90% and the Hornet around 85 for $550 & $460cd respectively.

The late 99A's in 250 are much more common than the 300's. Good price that 250, down here they've been much higher than that for a long time.

I think I gave John $900 for the 22” 250 Saddle gun. Randy saw it and I think he had a smile on his face. I give it two thumbs up.
