That appears to be a real firearm.

I'd call that an F SRC. Certainly not made in 1952. More like late teens.

It says the barrel is 22", pretty sure it "should" be 20. The staple looks a little thick but I'm not saying it isn't factory.

Real or not, I thought it was interesting enough to put on my watch list. I do expect it to go up a little bit.
