RIA has a very nice YouTube video on pistols from the Bailey Brower Jr. collection that will be in their Dec. 9-11 Premier event: Extraordinary Savage Pistols
It includes exceptional factory engraved pieces (I think the blue & gold JP Noel set is the finest pair of Savage pistols known), plus rarities like a .45 ACP US Military Trials pistol, a .25 ACP, and a one-of .38 ACP prototype. Definitely worth watching if you like Savage pistols.
As many of you probably know, Bailey passed away this October. About two years ago he asked me to help liquidate his collection. This summer we agreed the best way to complete this would be to consign them to be auctioned by Rock Island over the course of about a year. Many of the best guns from his collection will be in this December auction, several of them used for illustrations in his book "Savage Pistols."
