Postcard I found in some of my stuff, back says it's from the 1999 NRA show in Denver.

I have some of those, I believe they were handed out by Tom Devers at the Ohio Savage Fest and are of the Devers collection that was auctioned off some years ago. I also think some from that collection were worked on by Turnbull.

That's probably where I got it from.
