I picked up a very nice 99F (250-3000)that has scope mounts but the rear sight has been removed. Are the rear sights still available? Any suggestions as to where to look?

Not a Marlin sight. trained eyes know the difference.
you even have the correct elevator - hard to find.
I guess that's because I bought this set up from you about 2 years ago...!!!

do the early F's have a screw on the elevator for fine adjustment?
Some do, some don't. 2 styles of elevator were used.
