Here's Doug's Photo's
I Like the Older Yellow and Red EG Label'ed one and the Greeen E.G. one.
Doug,
if you are short of an heir who would fully appreciate that NIB AE Fox, may I offer my name, as I know there in no way I would ever get that shotgun from you while you yet live.
that is a really late Fox.
Interestingly, I assume the green style lael came from Fox as I have an pre-savage Fox Sterlingworth in the box with this same style label.
So ... lets see better pictures of the Model 29 & the Model 1912, there the ones that caught my eye. What version of 29 is it?
Very nice! Might be I recognize one or two of those boxes.
If I should wake before I die,
I pray that room be in my eye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for the pictures, Doug.
I think I saw some of them boxs! I still like the ones that have seen some use tho! Like the engraved SRC that I got to shoot!
OMG! Some day, Doug willing, I'll get to see those in the flesh, or blued steel as it were. Its a two and a half day drive, maybe three, but I'm willing. Would make a great road trip. Swing by Don's vault and visit with him and his much better half and then stop by to say hi to Steve and Nancy then stop by and visit with Doug. What a trip!
