just "inherited" a 99. according to ser# born in Utica ny 1928. 30-30 cal. no modifications that I can identify. appears to have original leather sling. was in closet for over 40 years. but at least it was put away dry. any info would be appreciated. thanks. dave

Barrel length, PG, checkered, Schnable forearm, style of butplate would all be helpfull, and we all like pics.
With a little more info I'm sure someone will be along to help with the ID.

no Schnabel,straight metal butt plate if I recall,no tang site but drilled and filled with appropriate screws,slide on right side of lever for safety.will reach out to member to assit with pics. thanks

If it has no schnabel and stock hasn't been sanded. its probably a 99H.

updated info . 19 inch barrel no band. all components same ser # 3214xx. no checkering. oiled finish original. curved metal butt plate. no pics yet. overall condition. good+
