Anyone know what brand of scope would go with the initials B.C.?

Ran across this Stith box marked as such.

I'm thinking it's German but don't know for sure.

Good guess. Probably a 22 or 26mm euro w/elevation only in scope.

Bear Cub 2 3/4X (D.A=?). Looks like a standard dovetail base on the front.
