Trying to post picture - 24hourcampfire

I have a photo in the image gallery and tried to post it. It is rejected it because the file is too large. What did i do wrong? Thanks.

It sounds like you are trying to attach the pic instead of inserting it as an image using image tags around the address.

You have to get the link to the picture (the URL - it looks like https://www.24hourcampfire.com/ubbthreads/gallery/80/full/54657.jpg), and then copy that here with a [img] in front and an [/img] in back. Then it displays the picture in line. Works for links to pictures anywhere on the internet - as long as they aren't protected by logon requirements like photobucket has now.

You're copying a link to the medium sized picture. If you click on the photo in the image gallery, you'll see the full sized pic. Copy the link to that and you'll end up with the full sized.

Or just change the word "medium" in the link to "full.
