Thats me! at the moment i have one 30-06 in my cabinet. guess which one that is.
am looking for a 110 in 22-250 but not very hard. my shooting days are few anymore.

I do have one in 22-250 that is very accurate but it's not going anywhere. Has the rear sight boss but no dovetail, 24" lightweight barrel. Since the 22-250 wasn't standardized by Remington until 1966, Savage had already gone to a pressed checkered stock by then. It wears a cut checkered stock now.
I haven't found any of those early Savages to be poor shooters.
