I keep seeing in ads for them "pre-95" and "post-95," somewhat like what you see for Winchesters vis a vis 1964, or S&W revolvers vis a vis 1982.

It's not the knife, it's the sheath.
In 1995, on models with button "snaps" RMK went from Sullivan smooth button to the Randall Made Logo button snaps.

Thanks. Mine says Randall Made on the snaps. Is that good or bad?
