What are you guys using while grinding metal and handle material?

I am completely out of filters for my respirator and the N95 is not enough. I am switching to Terotuf simply because it is a cleaner grind with much lower toxicity than G-10 or micarta, redoing my vacuum system for a tighter fit to increase suction, sourcing out blanks to be water jet cut to cut down on grinding etc. Not sure what else I can do to reduce the airborne particulate count Picked up an order for 200 knives so the metal will be flying for quite some time.

I haven't used a Darth Vader mask in years. I used to use the cheapo painter's masks but found they didn't do the job for me. I upgraded from that to a thicker painter's mask, labeled as N95, and it works great in my shop.

This is my setup when grinding metal and wood. Some of those knife scales are as bad as the steel.

Exactly, I am absolutely shocked how many don't use anything or rely on paper masks.
