I recently bumped into a couple of Loveless style knives marked "MURR" and a date(?) "93" & "97". They seem like nice knives, both appear to be unused/unsharpened and they came to me for $75 and $110.

Anybody out there own a Keith Murr knife and, if so, what is your opinion?
Probably made out ofD2 steel.
Had an older Murr lock-back folder marked *prototype*.

Well made, lightweight, and good grinds.
Wish I had not sold it.

Murr has a line up at AG Russell now.

I own a couple of Keith Murr's knifes I bought from him about 10 years ago. Both are great knives and well made! Sounds to me like you got a great deal on the ones you bought. They sell for more than that, nowadays.
I have 2 of Keith's knives. One a lock back folder and the other a small tang Stag hunter.

I met Keith 25 years ago in Kansas City, Nice guy and makes a GOOD knife!

Murr is one of several very good knife makers in Arkansas. His stuff is good to go.
