Nice looking knives. What steel on the blades. Are they forged or stock removal knives.Last 2 knives look like they are handled in Maple wood. The second looks like osage orange and somthing else as bolster. What handle material on the first knife.

watson made 'em look like they came from the early 1800s. classics - and usually not for the modern drop point crowd.

Ms. Elf,
It is also sometimes refered to as "random patterned"; or so has been our experience.

The damascus, I've hade for 11 years and I think it was only a couple of years old when I acquired it in a trade. It is my favorite one to carry and use. I have skinned as many as five whitetail before having to even touch up the blade on a knife steel. It really holds and edge well.

The handles are osage and antler, with an old finish.
