Received an email from Mr. Ingram last week that my number was up and he would be starting on the knife that I ordered. Gene was great to talk too, very helpful and informative. I laid out the parameters of what I planned to use the blade for.... (98% grouse, rabbits, and squirrels with the occasional dressing of a whitetail) figured he knew his knives as well as anyone and he seemed to think the yellow jacket with the blade slightly lenghted and handle a tad larger in length and width.

This would be my first Ingram and to say I'm anxious is an understatement. Does anyone here have a yellow- jacket and how do you like it? Pics would be great.

I went with D2, polished red linen micarta, black liners and mosaics.

I love it. The YJ is my favorite pattern that I've received from Mr. Ingram and my most used from him by far.
