Hello 24,

There are some pretty awesome knives that grace these threads. I really appreciate you all sharing.

Here is some of my work over the last few months. I may have shared one or two of these here in the past but most of them I haven't. Sorry for the repeats.

almost looks like old sawmill blade re purposed. I like the blade design.

Todd made four of these for my two sons, S-I-L and grandson

Put their intials on the sheaths and their initials and DOB on the knife spine!

Sorry for not getting back sooner. I’ve been out of town all weekend. I will get a picture up tonight with spec information as well.

Most of the steel I use is antique (pre-carbide) American made large circular saw blades. They test out as either L6 or 1095. All the knives are hardness tested with scratch files and they make awesome blades.

I thought that was the case. A buddy up in Jacksonville makes knives using that material. They are amazing cutters, and look awfully nice, as do yours Todd. smile
