Wife gave me a Buck 101 for Christmas.
She knew I had sent my old 110 off last fall for repair.
The 110 had been put away for 20-30 years, was my first real knife and one that I'll never forget the feeling of owning/buying such as a youngster.
Now it has a partner that I will hand down to son or grandson as a set.

My Dad passed his 1930's vintage Kabar hunting knife down to me when I was a teenager. Over the years it had been put on a grind wheel, I polished all the grind marks out and had a saddlemaker make a new sheath for it. It is a cherished heirloom I display in my gun room, though I could take it hunting if I chose to.
Never see the 101 before, very cool!
How long has buck been making them?

2017, I think?
Available in several different handle materials I believe.
She did the diamond wood to match the 110.
