GWP here, nice tree!!!! New here! Used to make knives when younger. Got started because of trapping, I thought that there had to be a knife that would do everything, well we all know what thought did. It was fun, not the cool steels we have now. I wasn't set up with all the grinders etc. that are available now!!!! I'd make a knife & try it for a season then give it away to a buddy & start over on another. I've lurked here for a few yrs. what ever happened to the guy that made the dumpling knife??? Also liked his skinner! I don't think I'm as up to date on steels as you guys are but I may jump in now & again. I'm out Bill🐾👣🐾👣🐾👣

Thanks but not for a while. Made my first and only liner lock 20 some odd years ago (see pic below) maybe. Haven't made time to get back to it.

cut a few slots in a elk shed for the boss. He wanted something in the gun room to stick his knives in.....
