My Sis is involved in a fundraiser for a local family here who lost their home to a fire. Everyone is OK ,the wife was injured but is OK . Anyhow I ordered a bunch of blades and I figured why not donate some ,maybe they'll fetch a few bucks for them. My initial thought was all these 5 pcs together, despite I knew I did not have the handle materials for a matching set. As my plan un folded I decided for her to offer them as 2 separate sets. She got the idea of setting them on a small cutting board & wrap it up , I think a great idea. They have like " Chinese Auctions" amongst all kinds of other things that are going to take place at this event

First set is SS Santoku & Paring ,this is hybrid wood ,maple

That Ironwood Trio is beautiful Vince.

Is the middle (boning?) knife also a Green River?
