Evening All,

I have a Lakota fixed blade with a wood handle.

The wood is showing a couple check marks, I believe that might be the correct term.

What is advised for best long term care?

Thanks for any help,

R.D.
You might consider sending an email to the maker, assuming they are available.
Food grade mineral oil? Commonly used for cutting boards.
Wax?
Renaissance Wax is your huckleberry
10-4

Lakota is out of business.

Thanks for the suggestions

You can make a small batch of natural bee wax and mineral oil mix.easy to find on google A small wide mouth mason jar will last a long time. We use that for all our cutting board and wood handled knives/utensils around here
