Saw a doe and new fawn at the gun club today.

Had one behind the house yesterday morning.

I have not seen a fawn this year, although I have seen their tiny tracks in the garden spot. Wet until late and not much of a garden. miles

I have 2 does with Fawns coming in morning and evening, last night there were 18 deer at the water at 8:00 pm, about 1/2 bucks 1/2 does, most of the does are heavy with Fawns,the best is yet to come. Rio7

I was watching triplets this morning they can be hyper running around and annoying their mom. We have some aggressive does protecting them. Had one run up to my dog had to throw my hat at it to scare it off my dog was just standing next to me. Neighbors dog got stomped. It's ok but had a trip to the vet. Still fun to watch the little tyks from the deck.

Saw one on the side of the road by the house yesterday. Let a girl come up and take his pic. Bitty little thing

My son and I were scouting out some white oaks years ago before bow season and we had a little one about that same size, walk up to us just like that. It sniffed us for a bit and then walked off. I think it had heard us walking and thought we were mama coming back to its hiding spot.
