An addendum has been added to the rules this year and is herby and forthwith made known:

Under no circumstances shall any deer entered into the "Dink" contest be taken with a 7x57 rifle, formerly known as the 275 Rigby. Anyone caught so doing will immediately forfeit all prizes and must double any former bribes paid to the contest director-Poobah. He shall intern disqualify such contestant and drink such bribes at his discretion. Signed, Rules Committee

As presiding judge, I overrule this decision.Style points are given for 7x57 kills.Style points are deducted for .270 kills. Any .270 entries must be accompanied by a bribe similar to the one above.

.277 Ballistic tips have yellow points, not purple. Purple is I believe .243. In all fairness, the BT point is a pretty gay "Tommy Hillfigerish" yellow.

Was wabbit hunting a few years back and Big D jumped a little one ( and I mean little ) and knocked it down with a load of high brass # 6's. It was so small he just put it in the game pouch of his hunting coat and walked around the rest of the morning with legs and hooves sticking out everywhere.
