Actually seeing some deer on my place this summer. Elevation 7630'. Had a lion killed doe late spring. No sigh of lion since then.Watch for tracks continually. A coyote now & then which I do my best to control. Had a pack corral a doe four years back. If I hadn't put my 223 to work they would have killed her & her fawn. Have an occasional elk ( mainly cow & calf ) wonder thru.
