Got really lucky today ,had a strong south wind where I was hunting and decided to move to another stand where south is good.
Was very close to thinking of getting down and calling it,when I see a small buck, this one was with it and 2 other smalls.
8 with a sm kicker,
Very fortunate and lucky.

edit for others to be happy
Congrats! Nice deer.

Nice one! Our antlers are starting to fall off here in 4O. When I got up this morning and the thermometer said 6 degrees I decided the coffee tasted to good to go outside. Congratulations!

130?

Hate to burst your bubble but I bet that’s more like 105”
Yes , it is not 130 but who cares. If it was a 75 it was an awsum hunt. Upstate NY. where I was almost born, in Utica NY. where my mom came form. Thats where my dad bought his 300 Savage at the hardware store for $110 .
