I have a case (I think it is 100 to a case) of new 1976 Marlin catalogs along with some cases of Winchester catalogs. My question is would there be any collector interest in a full case or am I better off selling individual catalogs?

I suppose it would depend on whether you just want them out of the way or if you want to fool with them for a couple of bucks... Selling individual would bring more revenue no doubt.

Individual, most folks want one from each year, not a 100 from a year, later catalogs like that might bring 5-6 bucks a piece, probably 10 shipped. I've been getting into old catalogs the past few years, have a bunch of old remington and winchester.
