So I recently (last couple weeks) watched two original "JM" marked hammer spurs go for $265 and $275 on eBay?!?!?

Is that what these things are really going for in today's world?

They looked like legit auctions and I was just amazed how high they went.....
Dang I probably have a half dozen lying around. I’d for sure sell them for that kind of money.
HO LEE SHIDT! i too have a few i would sell for that or half that! reminds me of a old saying , a fool and his money...........
I just picked up three for $30......guess I got a good deal🥴!!

Looked in my parts jar and found 3 flat-type aluminum hammer spur extensions that came with 336 Marlins over the years, beginning in the early 1980s. None had a JM stamp however.

Perhaps the earlier ones were made in-house, and were therefore stamped JM, and are somewhat rare?
There’s 2 or 3 on there now, JM marked, expensive yes but nowhere near that kind of money.
