I've always wanted to try my hand at restocking a rifle or shotgun. With the very capable help of George Peterson (Treebone Carving) I turned a very old piece of black walnut into a stock for my Co-Pilot. Not only does it look better in my opinion but the raised cheekpiece enables better use of a red dot or scope if I so choose. It was quite a learning experience but also fun.
