I’m wanting a nice belt carried cartridge for .348 Ammo. I’ve done lots of searches and I like the look of the Tourbon safari pouch that holds 5 cartridges and has a fold over snap flap. However, they are made in China and I don’t like that. Can anyone recommend a nice version made in USA?

Depends upon whether you want pretty or just functional.

Years ago, I bought this inexpensive triple K one for .45-70 and 45-90 and it also works well for .405 WCF and .338 Win Mag.etc.
Worn at my belly button, it is handy when hunting DG. To be at "ready" push a few up where rim is easy to get to for reloading.

Upon return from hunt, just unload it and wipe it off and it is ready to go again. I have a smaller single loop one for smaller cartridges.

Galco and Hunter Leather make versions.

MikeL2, I also like that Galco Safari 5. Website says it fits .338 Win, .340 Wby, 375 H& H, .416 Rigby and .458 Win. Are any of those cartridges as "fat" as the .348?

I can not, but, I carry an extra 10 rounds of 348 on my shell belt rig, 348's fit nice and handy in 45 Colt loops, pistol is left side butt forward crossdraw, leaves right rear loops open for easy access should more rounds be needed in a hurry, not what you asked, just throwing it out there.

I made one of a cigar case. But mine holds 45/70

Andy at Lever Gun Leather works has made me a couple of butt cuffs for my Marlin 45-70 and my Mod 94 .356 Win. They attach to the butt of the rifle and each holds 5 rounds and I opted for beat carving on the other side.

They are beautiful to my eyes and the ammo is always with the gun. He can fit any cartridge. I would take the tie to see all he offers.

Tripple k and some others offer belt slides and a .358 loop might work. With out going custom finding a cartridge slide made specifically for the .348 may be difficult.

El Paso Saddlery Co. makes a 12 round leather (of course) rifle slide carrier with cartridge type options. Not sure if they can do .348 but it's worth an inquiry as they make best quality goods.
