Helping a neighbor sell her fathers guns from the estate. Their is a Rossi M92 Puma in 454 Casull; stainless steel with 20" barrel. Action seems buttery smooth; much more so than my new Winchester Miroku 1982 in 45 Colt. I know the 45 Colt should operate fine in the 454 Casull chamber but can any of you CAS shooters know of any potential issues?

I think I see where the top "flippy" safety can be removed and a new, rear peep, version from Stevez Guns can be installed. Am I seeing that correctly?

Steve's Guns will remove safety........but what I remember he fills the holes

with round button type plugs.......he may also have a peep that fits the screw holes too

steve's does or i should a couple years ago did have a peep that replaces the funky safety.
my 92 rossi takes 45 colt and 454 casull with equal ease. i carry mine 365 days a year in my UTV for coyote suppression and wolf protection for my dogs. close to my favorite gun.
