no, nuthin for sale, I got one recently in 22 mag brand new in the box. I'm curious too on how many were made & when.
I'm pretty sure it was in 2003 just dont know how many.
Is the receiver really brass or is it just plated??
I've got one at home in 22 mag with the hang tag still on it, unfired. When I look inside the reciever with the bolt drawn back it looks to be steel inside. I'm thinking it's plated or anodized in some way. not entirely sure though. I really doubt it is a brass reviever, too soft. Plus it doesn't tarnish or "green" like brass so i'm thinking it's an anidized process. Reminds me of when I was in the service & our issued dress blues uniforms had brass buckles & buttons that had to be ploished, pain in the butt. We all thought we were really something when we finally got the chance to buy gold anodized butons & buckles. That's what these recievers remind me of.
