Planning to use the Norma 45 Basic (2.8” OAL) case as the basis for a smokeless powder wildcat.

Is this case, especially the web, built to withstand 60-65K psi chamber pressures?

I have a lot of that brass and have made a lot of different cartridges, but not with that pressure. It is top quality brass.
