I have a Shilo Sharps 45-70 I might sell. It appers to be the standard Bussiness Rifle with a pistol grip. I have had it about 10-12 years. I bought it and then soon changed hunting places where a long shot was 100yds and now that's a short shot. It was purchased used. I have shot it about 150 times. I have never shot it with anything but modern powders and don't believe the previous owner did either. It has a few minor handeling dings, a small rust spot near the end of the barrel and one tang screw hole needs to be cleaned up. What is the value of this gun? capt david
Cpt. David, dunno, but you might try trollin' www.auctionarms.com or some of the others like that. http://bpcr.net/forum/index.php might find you a tip or two if you haven't been there?

Luck to you on that. You caught me at a bad time, having spent all my money on smokeless guns before I found a new addiction. Still in the "saving the dimes and nickels mode" so I can get to the "YOU BOUGHT WHAT!?!?! mode with my wife.
I am interested. PM sent. Thanks
