Long story with a boring end but we acquired our first rice burner last weekend for our youngest daughter. 2013 one owner 53,000 miles Camry XLE with no remote start. Push button start on that model.

Have any of you added remote starter to a Toyota and if so what brand, what experience did you have? Thanks and Ill hang up now.

Huh interesting. The Toyota dealers here tell people not to buy the factory units. Do you have one?

I installed a starter -X on my wifes 17 highlander wasn’t bad all plug and play except 1 wire . Been in over a year now zero problems .Hers is key start though .
