Bought my new truck, a 2024 Sierra 3500HD Duramax dually. I’ve got to say that I am very impressed by this thing. It is a beast! I pulled my 1995 Lance from Denver to Grand Junction on Thursday and it took both passes spectacularly well. Much more power than my old 2009 Silverado 2500HD Duramax truck. And a much more stable ride. So far, I’m very pleased by it and I’ve had no trouble driving it. Next stop is a 5th wheel camper.

They do pull well.

I have 2019 2500HD Duramax. They really do pull. Loveland, Vail, Monarch passes are no trouble with total load of about 17,000 #. I really like the manual mode of the 6 speed Allison. Wish I would have waited few years to get the 10 speed, but my 98 Dodge diesel blew the engine at 156K
