At least I got my cow tag, missed out on deer. So now what to do... take my second season cow, get an OTC bull and hunt both at the same time... or rifle cow and archery either sex...

Having my second choice as an sending me an OTC archery kind of screws me for the back door. All I know is I got one or the other, which I knew I would before.

Bad news for me. I didn't even get the cow tag that I applied for as a second choice. This will be the first time in a long time that I didn't draw that.

I had a OTC archery tag as refund option, and it shows the archery tag in the license list. Thought others who may have a 500 code may be interested in knowing they specifically identified the archery tag in my account

4th year in a row I failed to draw a muzzleloader tag in a unit that requires only 1 point, so OTC for elk again this year.

No Deer, no elk and my 2nd choice was a cow tag. Guess I'll be shopping leftovers again. Gotta do what I can to stay out of 2nd season.

The wife and I both pulled cow tags this year, no idea if first or second choice though. Either a late full month of December tag or a 4th season rifle as second choice, either way the freezer will be full again!

I applied for a 1st rifle tag with an OTC archery as my 2nd choice. Mine says "2017 - 581 NON RES ELK"

Looks like back door antelope is available, and I didn't draw a tag.

They just took points down this am. Thinking they won't post till Tuesday but if someone already has a 5 series antelope, I'd stand corrected.

I was wrong. However, results are up this morning and I drew an antelope tag.

So, with zero preference points, I lucked out on both the deer and elk draws this year.

I got my deer refund check last Tuesday, but I still haven't received my elk refund check. My online results says that, for elk, like for deer, I will receive a "refund check."

Do they come out at separate times?
